Office-Themed Micro Fiction Based on My Real-Life Experiences
So StraightOuttaBrooklyn “crashed” another meeting today. It’s clearly becoming his move. Me and SocksnSandals were in a meeting with some of the big executives from our office and our region, with everyone all jacket and tied-up.
StraightOuttaBrooklyn stormed through the door, wearing his baggy corduroy pants, a dirty green sweater over a particularly offensive plaid shirt, and his new untrimmed Grizzly Adams beard. He penguin-walked his way to the farthest corner of the conference room, bouncing every occupied and unoccupied chair in his path, and shouted at the Execs, “I should have been invited, but SocksnSandals ‘the Wiesel’ didn’t invite me.”
He then sat down, and calmly said, “Sorry for the interruption, carry on.”
